Behind the name Guyader Gastronomie, a label reminiscent of tradition and the coast of Brittany, is an industrial group at the forefront of quality food innovation, technology and modernity. Its main objective is to ensure the fabrication of enjoyable, nutritionally-balanced, easy-to-use products from natural ingredients and sustainable sources. The group comprises 5 production sites and a logistic centre. Production at 2 of the sites is IFS certified with a system of permanent checks from production to delivery. Each of the 500 named products has its own specification sheet which is meticulously adhered to throughout the complete production process, providing our customers with a guarantee of excellence and safety.


 

LANDRÉVARZEC

Fish terrines, patés and spreads, 100 employees


KERVIGNAC

Savoury cakes and delicatessen products, 20 employees


NANTES

Smoked salmon, 15 employees.


QUINTIN

Charcuterie and delicatessen products 135 employees.


GROIX

Small-scale, non-industrial cannery on the Isle of Groix comprising a 400 m² factory, a shop on the harbourside, 7 local employees.


TRÉGOUREZ Logistic Centre

A 3 400 m² centre comprising 2 200 m² refrigerated storage (0 - 4°C), 400 m² ambient-temperature storage for cans and preserves and 800 m² office space. 25 employees (twice as many during the Christmas period).

Guyader has reached the final of the Seafood Prix d'Elite

Our MINI-CASSEROLES and GUYADER ORGANIC FISH SPREADS are finalists for the Seafood Prix d'Elite!
The competition is part of the famous International Seafood Fair and honours the best innovative products within the profession.
The winners will be announced in Brussels on April 27th by the panel of professional judges. Don't miss us at the European Seafood Exhibition from April 27th to 29th!
