Mini hot-pots
Something new in the world of appetisers, mini hot-pots are both original and trendy. Served warm as a snack or with an aperitif, they are a change from traditional 'verrines' and will amaze guests with their wide variety of delicious flavours. The range includes savoury custards for lovers of soft sensations and scallops baked slowly with freshwater crayfish. Easy to use - just warm them up in the microwave. The mini hot-pots are individually covered and cooked slowly at low temperature to hold and develop the flavours and guarantee conservation without the use of preservatives.

Fish spreads
Our creamy fish spreads have an authentic taste of the sea. Rich in filleted fish they are cooked slowly to retain all the flavour. They can be used in many imaginative ways: on canapés garnished with avocado or cherry tomatoes, or simply spread on fresh, crusty bread. 'Spreadables'
In dips, on canapés, our 'spreadables' will not leave you short of ideas! Cooked without taste enhancer, their spicy or truly natural flavours are a delightful surprise.
Have fun preparing a tray of colourful canapés guaranteed free from artificial colouring: the seafood varieties include Mexican-style tuna, Norwegian-style salmon and Andalousian-style shrimp, while the garden range features carrot with cumin, southern-style vegetables and celeriac.

Special toasts
Guyader has developed Special Toast to accompany its smoked salmon, terrines and fish spreads. The 3 types of bread are served in thin slices with seafood, smoked salmon, spreadables and even foie gras.
« Spécial Toast for Oysters, salmon and shellfish » has a slightly salty tang and contains sea lettuce. It is ideal for serving with seafood and smoked salmon.
« Spécial Toast for fish spread, tarama and smoked salmon » is specially made for fish-based canapés. It is perfect for fish spreads, smoked salmon and other 'spreadables'. It has a slightly creamy taste and a soft texture rather like blinis.
« Spécial Toast for Foie Gras » was created to accompany foie gras and follows the gastronomic trend for sweet and savoury contrasts as it contains honey and spices. The soft texture and refined taste with hints of honey, buckwheat, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg are the result of traditional oven-baking and a traditional recipe from bee-keepers.
Spécial Toasts are easy to slice to the required thickness and a few minutes in the oven or toaster brings out all the flavour to enhance your canapés.

Savoury cakes
Unreservedly modern, savoury cakes satisfy the demands of people who like simple, easy, quick, well-balanced recipes. Guyader savoury cakes are soft and full of flavour, just like home-made cakes. The original 260g cakes were based around fish and seafood and prepared according to Guyader's principles (easy to use, well-balanced and a pleasure to eat). The range has been greatly extended to cover different uses: sliced for meals, small bite-size portions for aperitifs or individually wrapped for packed lunches. The flavours have diversified too and as well as fish you can now find vegetables, cheese and an organic range. Today Guyader savoury cakes are found in supermarkets, on trains and planes and in restaurants.

Terrines
Our notable reputation in the field of seafood delicatessen products has been forged through the quality of our terrines. Our products are inspired by gastronomic recipes and are rich in prime ingredients, carefully cooked by ourselves, and contain no artificial colourings or flavour enhancers. The tastes and colours are all natural, whether the ingredients originate from the land or the sea.
Terrines provide an endless source of inspiration and are available in different formats for every occasion from aperitifs and starters to large-scale buffets. These small, fresh starters are perfect for packed lunches and snacks. The attractive mini-cups feature two layers of fish, vegetables or cheese and are both practical and gastronomic.
They can be eaten straight from the dish or turned out onto a plate for a more sophisticated starter.
The mini-cups are pasteurised to guarantee safety and retain taste and are free from artificial colourings and flavour enhancers.

Stuffed fish
A must for any buffet, stuffed fish are traditional, gastronomic, seafood specialities which call for real skill. Our stuffed fish are made totally by hand, from the preparation of the fish to its decoration. They are specially selected for the quality of their flesh and steam-cooked to preserve all the flavour.
Our stuffed fish are pre-sliced, so practical and ready-to-serve.
To be served chilled as a starter with a light lemon mayonnaise.

Smoked fish
We take great care to only select fish with top-quality flavour for our range of hand-smoked fish. The fish come from different sources including Lapland, Patagonia, Scotland, the Baltic, Norway and the Shetland Islands, and the smoking time and quantity of Guérande salt used is carefully measured for each country of origin in order to bring out the full flavour. Our range includes fish smoked over wood obtained from old oak whisky casks, hickory and different fruit trees and also fish suspended in the traditional way.
At our Smokery in Nantes, we foster traditional skills and expertise and perpetuate them by continually looking for new sources of fish, creating new recipes and tastes while remaining loyal to our natural and gastronomic approach to our profession.
Our refined blend of wood-smoke, salt and fish will satisfy the most demanding of consumers!
