Mini-cups
These small, fresh starters are perfect for packed lunches and snacks. The attractive mini-cups feature two layers of fish, vegetables or cheese and are both practical and gastronomic.
They can be eaten straight from the dish or turned out onto a plate for a more sophisticated starter.
The mini-cups are pasteurised to guarantee safety and retain taste and are free from artificial colourings and flavour enhancers.

Stuffed fish
A must for any buffet, stuffed fish are traditional, gastronomic, seafood specialities which call for real skill. Our stuffed fish are made totally by hand, from the preparation of the fish to its decoration. They are specially selected for the quality of their flesh and steam-cooked to preserve all the flavour.
Our stuffed fish are pre-sliced, so practical and ready-to-serve.
To be served chilled as a starter with a light lemon mayonnaise.

Smoked fish
We take great care to only select fish with top-quality flavour for our range of hand-smoked fish. The fish come from different sources including Lapland, Patagonia, Scotland, the Baltic, Norway and the Shetland Islands, and the smoking time and quantity of Guérande salt used is carefully measured for each country of origin in order to bring out the full flavour. Our range includes fish smoked over wood obtained from old oak whisky casks, hickory and different fruit trees and also fish suspended in the traditional way.
At our Smokery in Nantes, we foster traditional skills and expertise and perpetuate them by continually looking for new sources of fish, creating new recipes and tastes while remaining loyal to our natural and gastronomic approach to our profession.
Our refined blend of wood-smoke, salt and fish will satisfy the most demanding of consumers!
