Our love of good food was born here in Brittany where the countryside is never far from the sea and where the landscape remains unspoilt and people hold fast to traditional values.
We take the best of what the land and sea has to offer in terms of tradition, fresh produce, fish and meat, and make it into recipes which are influenced by the latest cookery trends and flavours from around the world. Our tough, gritty character - a legacy from our Celtic ancestors - is fully focused on creating good, tasty, highly enjoyable food while maintaining respect for the environment.
Every day the men and women of our group rise enthusiastically to the Guyader challenge to produce prime-quality food which appeals to both the eye and the palate.
